William Thomas, who served in the 16th Kentucky Infantry during the Civil War, is being re-interred from his current location in a small plot along a railroad track near Foster, to a new location at the Johnsville IOOF Cemetery. There will be a memorial service for those who are interested in giving this soldier a resting place that isn’t covered with railroad debris.
