Bracken County Home Guard at Cynthiana, Part II

We have visited the Bracken County Home Guard’s participation in the First Battle of Cynthiana in a previous post. In that article was a mention of William A. Pepper’s report and roll of men sent to Kentucky State Adjutant General Arthur J. Fennell. I thought folks might want to see the entire roll and letter. Pepper’s creative spelling and lack of punctuation make his letter a bit of a challenge to read. I have also added correct names for those I could locate within Bracken County cemeteries, along with the name of the cemetery.
